This development plan for Curitiba combines many great urban design philosophies. The great walking mall, the gardens, the axial design, and emphasis on sustainability and mobility touch on the ideas of Frederick Olmsted,Le Corbusier, Howard, and others. I'll go into greater detail later about the ideas of those people.

I can not wait to go visit New Zealand. I have always heard about how beautiful it is. The properties I found are incredible--the most pristine places I have ever seen. I was inspired to look at property in New Zealand today when I saw photographs of a famous mountain called Mount Lion.

The property above is located in Northern New Zealand not far from Mount Lion. It is approximately 150 acres, on a cliff with private beach access. One of my favorite places.
